ITS is a tour operator, but it also arranges the trips of other tour operators (such as DERTOUR or Jahnreisen). Tour operators usually do not operate the flights themselves, but cooperate with various airlines that take over your flight.
For this reason, you cannot check in your flight online directly with ITS , but carry out the check-in via the respective airline .
Step 1 – Find out the airline
After booking your ITS trip, you have received your travel confirmation or booking documents. These documents will also list the airline that will operate your flight.
When did you receive the ITS travel documents?
After full payment has been received, ITS should have sent you the documents at least seven days before the start of the trip. If this was not the case, please contact the ITS Online Service Center.
Step 2 – Go to the airline’s online check-in
Now go to the airline’s online check-in page. Our check-in overview will take you directly to the appropriate check-in page.
Step 3 – Perform flight check-in
If you are on the correct check-in page of the airline, you can check in your flight by entering your name, booking code or ticket number.
ATTENTION
Since you booked the flight through a tour operator, some airlines may also require you to enter the tour operator reference number during the check-in process. This number can also be found in your booking documents.
Since ITS also offers the trips of other operators, you may also have to enter the number of these operators. You can find out more about this in your travel documents.
Reserve a seat for ITS air travel
If you want to make a reservation for a seat on your ITS flight, you can do so quickly and easily. Please note, however, that the availability and ability to reserve seats depends on the particular airline operating your flight.
